We collect information only as necessary to deliver, maintain, and secure our software and support services:

• Account and Contact Information: When you register for an MRSware subscription, download the desktop client, request evaluation keys, or contact customer support, we collect your name, business name, professional email address, phone number, territory details, and billing information.
• Customer & Agency Data (Tenant Records): Data entered into your private MRSware database — including contacts, companies, orders, commission statements, split rates, tasks, appointments, and speech journals — remains your exclusive property. We act solely as a secure data processor.
• Technical & Telemetry Data: To guarantee service uptime and troubleshoot client issues, our servers automatically log standard network metadata including IP addresses, browser/OS version, application version, timestamp of sync operations, and error traces.

2. How We Protect and Secure Your Data

We deploy robust administrative, physical, and technical safeguards engineered for high-value B2B commercial platforms:

• Transport Layer Encryption: All data transmitted between the MRSware desktop client, the MRSweb cloud portal, mobile applications, and our sync servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption.
• Database Isolation: Customer accounts operate with strict logical database isolation, preventing unauthorized cross-tenant access.
• Automated Backups & Redundancy: Routine automated cryptographic snapshots and off-site redundancies prevent data loss from local hardware failures.

3. Use of Cookies and Analytics

Our public marketing website uses minimal cookies and privacy-first analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic patterns and improve website responsiveness. We do not use intrusive cross-site behavioral tracking cookies, nor do we run invasive third-party tracking scripts across our web application.

4. Data Ownership and Retention

You retain 100% ownership of all business records you upload or create in MRSware. You may export your contacts, orders, journal notes, and commission histories at any time using our built-in reporting, CSV export, and QuickBooks integration tools. Should you terminate your subscription, your agency data will be retained for a grace period upon request to allow transition, after which it is permanently purged from active servers.
